EULA Overview

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Dendera Labs for the use of our audio plugins, VST software, and digital tools. By installing, copying, or using any Dendera Labs software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License Grant
1Personal and Commercial Use
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Dendera Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for both personal and commercial music production. This includes:
- Installing the software on multiple computers that you own or control
- Using the software in your music production projects
- Selling, distributing, or monetizing music created with our software
- Using the software in live performances and DJ sets
2Activation and Authorization
Some Dendera Labs software may require online activation or periodic authorization checks. You agree to provide accurate information during activation and to comply with any activation requirements.
3Updates and Support
Licensed users are entitled to free software updates and bug fixes for the duration of ownership. Technical support is provided via email at contact@denderalabs.com.
Usage Restrictions
You MAY NOT do any of the following:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Distribute, rent, lease, or sell the software to third parties
- Share your license key or activation credentials with others
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or branding
- Use the software to create competing audio plugins or tools
- Upload the software to file-sharing or torrent websites
- Circumvent any copy protection or activation mechanisms
⚠Violation Consequences
Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your license. Dendera Labs reserves the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized distribution or piracy of our software.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
1Software Ownership
Dendera Labs retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Your license does not grant you ownership of the software—only the right to use it under the terms of this EULA.
2Your Content
You retain full ownership and copyright of all music, audio content, and creative works produced using Dendera Labs software. We make no claim to your creative output.
3Trademarks
"Dendera Labs", "DNDB", and all associated product names, logos, and branding are trademarks of Dendera Labs. You may not use these trademarks without explicit written permission, except to refer to the software in your credits or documentation.
Warranty & Liability
1Limited Warranty (Paid Software Only)
For paid software, Dendera Labs warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If the software fails to meet this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the software or refund the purchase price.
Free Software Disclaimer: Any software provided free of charge is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. No warranty period or refund policy applies to free software.
Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Dendera Labs does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware and software configurations. Use of the software is at your own risk.
2Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DENDERA LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Costs of substitute software or services
- Interruption of work or production downtime
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software license.
3Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dendera Labs from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the software or violation of this EULA.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
Dendera Labs may terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms. Sections related to Ownership, Warranty, and Liability shall survive termination.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
