1Free Access

Our web-based tools (including GainLab, image converters, QR generator, palette extractor, and other utilities) are provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. No account registration is required to use these tools.

2Client-Side Processing

All data processing occurs locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. Your files are not transmitted to any server. This architecture ensures maximum privacy and allows the tools to work offline once the page is loaded. We have no ability to recover, view, or access any files you process.

3Output Ownership

You retain full ownership of any files, images, audio, or other content you create or process using our web tools. We claim no rights to your input or output. You are free to use the results for any purpose, including commercial projects.

4No Warranty

Our web tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific results. Always keep backups of your original files.

5Browser Compatibility

Our tools are designed to work with modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Performance may vary depending on your device capabilities and browser version. Some features may require specific browser APIs that are not available in older browsers.

6Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web tool at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any tool or feature.

1Payment Processing

All payments for Dendera Labs products are processed through LemonSqueezy, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service. We do not store your complete payment information.

2Pricing

Some of our products use a "pay what you want" pricing model with a minimum price. The displayed prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

3Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased software. Download links are provided via email and through LemonSqueezy's customer portal. Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

4License Terms

Purchased software is subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA). Please review the Software License Agreement for complete details on usage rights, restrictions, and obligations.

5Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The software does not function as described on your system
• We are unable to resolve a technical issue preventing use
• You accidentally made a duplicate purchase

To request a refund, contact us at contact@denderalabs.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

6Updates

Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version (e.g., v1.x). Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x to v2.x) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price. Update notifications are sent via email.

ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

2Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENDERA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

3Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

4Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dendera Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

5Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.

6Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
